Large or heavy items are shipped via LTL freight. We offer competitive rates and will coordinate with the carrier to ensure your equipment arrives safely at your residential or commercial address.
What is your return policy for surplus goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items, provided they are in their original, uninstalled condition. Please note that some clearance items may be marked as final sale.
Do the products come with a manufacturer warranty?
As a liquidator, our products are often sold at deep discounts that may affect standard warranties. However, we offer a 90-day guarantee on functionality for all mechanical equipment.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, we offer free local pickup at our main warehouse facility. Simply select the 'Local Pickup' option during the checkout process.
