At Surplus City Liquidators, we strive to provide the best value in home improvement and HVAC equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package through a trackable carrier to our central liquidation warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for condition and completeness, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
